General Return Policies
We work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Our basic policy is if we don’t get your order right (for example, we ship you something in the wrong color or size) or if the product arrives damaged or clearly defective, we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.

1. Returns & refunds must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2. Returns & refunds must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product .
3. Returned items must be in original condition: intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and clean.
4. When ordering, please note color and size selections carefully. Because all product is custom made to order, we cannot accept an exchange or refund if you ordered the wrong size or color. Note that a small color deviation as well as size (1-3cm) is normal. We will only approve an exchange or refund if the product received is significantly different from the order.

 

Return Procedure
To initiate a return or refund, please refer to the following procedure:

1. Within 48 hours of receiving the product, lease send email to us to illustrate the reasons you want to return your products. In the email, please attach the photos of defective or incorrect product(s).
2. Your email will be processed by our quality control department within 2 working days.
3. After investigation, if it is our fault that the product is incorrect, we will accept full responsibility and process your RMA.
4. After receiving an RMA, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 business days(customer assumes the shipping cost).
5. After we receive the product, we will process the exchange or refund per your request.

 

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please note our cancellation policy. Due to the nature of our business manufacturing custom dresses, the amount that we can refund is dependent on how early in the manufacturing process you make the cancellation. Please note our policy as follows:

1. If you ask for order cancellation within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel it for you and give you full refund.
2. If you ask for order cancellation within 24-48 hours after payment, we will refund you 50% of product total plus shipping fee.
3. No refunds for cancellations can be accepted 48 hours after the payment.

 

Order Shipping
We do not stock any product, whether you choose a standard size or provide customer measurements. All dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Currently we need about 12-15 days to process your order and about 5-7 days for shipping. So, we advise you to expect the delivery to take approximately 17-22 days. For a rush order, dress can be finished in 7 days, and then 5-7 days for shipping, for a total delivery time of 12-14 days. Your patience means you get the best designs and quality. We promise, it will be worth the wait!
